If you are having trouble sending email from your account, try these steps.

Netscape:
  • Open Netscape Messenger. If Netscape Navigator (Web browser) is already open, Click "Window" and select "Mail & Newsgroups".
  • Click "Edit" and select "Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings".
  • On the left side of the window, click on "Outgoing Mail (SMTP)"
  • On the right part of the window the "Server Name" field should be filled in for you with smtp.andiamo-tel.com. If it is not, enter smtp.andiamo-tel.com in the field.
  • Change the Port to '26'"
  • "Make sure the use name and password box IS checked."
  • Leave the "Use secure connection (SSL) option on "Never"
  • Click OK
Outlook Express:
  • Click "Tools"
  • Click "Accounts"
  • Click the Mail Tab
  • Select your Andiamo Connection
  • Click Properties
  • Click the "Servers" tab
  • Check "My Server Requires Authentication"
  • Click "Settings"
  • Select "Use Same Settings as My Incomeing Mail Server"
  • Click "OK"
  • Click the "Advanced" tab
  • Under server port number change the Outgoing Mail SMTP Port to read "26"
  • Click "OK"
  • Click "Close"
