Our old billing tax system had not been updated for over 1 year and was not accurate for telecom type transactions. This resulted in the under-payment of taxes that was in the advantage of our customers.
Our new billing system uses a regularly updated and more accurate Telecom oriented tax system. Our new billing system uses BillSoft, an outside company that neither Andiamo Telecom or our billing system control. BillSoft is regularly audited for its accuracy. Taxing and rates are very complex and are based on geographical area, traffic patterns, and type of telecom products. It is not possible to produce a generic list of tax breakouts and individuals rates. However, per customer's request we can provide a detailed breakout based on a given bill within 2 business days. Any requests for this information can be directed to billing@andiamotelecom.com with the bill date and account number.
